About Our School
190/9-AL (1) Non-Formal School is part of the educational ministry of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Church (CELC) Pakistan, serving children in communities where access to quality education is limited.
Under the guidance of Irfan Sohail, 30 students receive basic education in a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
This school focuses on providing basic literacy, numeracy, and character development, helping children gain essential knowledge and skills for their future. Many of the students come from families with limited financial resources, and this program ensures they have the opportunity to learn and grow.
Students are provided with free stationery each month, which helps remove financial barriers to education. Teachers also encourage discipline, responsibility, and cooperation among students to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Along with academic learning, spiritual education is an important part of the program. Every school day includes a Bible lesson, where children hear Bible stories and learn Christian values such as love, honesty, kindness, forgiveness, and respect for others.
Through this ministry, the church seeks not only to provide education but also to share the hope of the Gospel and bring encouragement to children and families in the community.
Our Mission
The mission of CELC Non-Formal Schools is to:
- Provide free education to disadvantaged children
- Support orphans and children of widows
- Teach strong moral and Christian values
- Help children develop knowledge, confidence, and hope for the future
Through education and the teaching of God’s Word, we aim to empower children and strengthen communities for a brighter future.
