Empowering Lives Through Skills and the Word of God The CELC Skill Center Ministry is a vital outreach of our church, dedicated to empowering individuals—especially young girls and youth—with practical skills, spiritual guidance, and opportunities for a better future. In many underserved communities, access to education and employment opportunities is limited. Through this ministry, we seek to address these challenges by equipping individuals with useful, income-generating skills, while also nurturing their spiritual growth in Christ.
