About Our School
Eissa Nagri Non-Formal School is part of the educational ministry of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Church (CELC) Pakistan, serving children in communities where access to education is limited.
Under the guidance of Sharoon Akhtar, 25 students receive basic education in a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
The school focuses on providing basic literacy, numeracy, and character development, helping children build a strong foundation for their future. Many of the students come from families with limited financial resources, and this program helps ensure that they have the opportunity to learn and grow.
Students are provided with free stationery every month, which helps remove financial barriers to education. Teachers encourage discipline, respect, and cooperation while creating a classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn.
Along with academic learning, spiritual education is an important part of the program. Each school day includes a Bible lesson, where students hear Bible stories and learn Christian values such as love, honesty, kindness, forgiveness, and compassion.
Through this ministry, the church seeks not only to provide education but also to share the hope of the Gospel and bring encouragement to children and families in the community.
Our Mission
The mission of CELC Non-Formal Schools is to:
- Provide free education to disadvantaged children
- Support orphans and children of widows
- Teach strong moral and Christian values
- Help children develop knowledge, confidence, and hope for the future
Through education and the teaching of God’s Word, we aim to empower children and strengthen communities for a brighter future.
