About Our School
Joy WELS Lutheran Non-Formal School is one of the educational ministries of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Church (CELC) Pakistan, serving children in underserved communities.
Under the dedicated guidance of Ms. Nimra Sultan, 30 students receive basic education in a supportive and caring learning environment.
This non-formal school is designed to help children who have limited access to regular schooling. The program focuses on basic literacy, numeracy, and character development, enabling students to gain the foundational knowledge they need for a better future.
Students are provided with free monthly stationery, and teachers work closely with children to encourage learning, discipline, and creativity. The classroom environment emphasizes respect, cooperation, and personal growth.
An important part of our education is spiritual formation. Each school day includes a Bible lesson, where children hear Bible stories and learn Christian values such as love, honesty, kindness, and service to others.
Through this ministry, the church seeks not only to educate young minds, but also to bring hope, dignity, and the message of Christ’s love to the children and families of the community.
Our Mission
The mission of CELC Non-Formal Schools is to Provide free education to disadvantaged children, Support orphans and children of widows, Teach strong moral and Christian values and Help children develop confidence, knowledge and hope for the future.
We believe that education, combined with the light of God’s Word, can transform lives and strengthen communities.
