About Our School

96/6-R Non-Formal School is part of the educational outreach ministry of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Church (CELC) Pakistan, providing learning opportunities for children who have limited access to formal education.

Under the guidance of Kanwal Javed, 25 students receive basic education in a caring and encouraging classroom environment.

The purpose of this non-formal school is to support children from disadvantaged backgrounds by offering basic literacy, numeracy, and character education. Teachers work patiently with students to help them develop reading, writing, and learning skills that will benefit their future.

Students receive free stationery every month, ensuring that financial difficulties do not prevent them from continuing their studies. The classroom environment encourages discipline, cooperation, and respect among students.

An important part of the program is spiritual education. Every school day includes a Bible lesson, where students learn Bible stories and Christian values such as love, honesty, kindness, and compassion.

Through this ministry, the church seeks not only to educate children but also to bring hope and encouragement to families and communities through the message of Christ’s love.

Our Mission

The mission of CELC Non-Formal Schools is to:

  • Provide free education to disadvantaged children
  • Support orphans and children of widows
  • Teach strong moral and Christian values
  • Help children develop knowledge, confidence, and hope for the future

Through education and the teaching of God’s Word, we aim to empower children and strengthen communities for a brighter future.
